At Sheikh Watch Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged or broken, you’re eligible to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note, this does not apply to items bought during Clearance Sales.

• Products purchased in Clearance Sales cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or physically damaged.

• Refunds are not provided. If you qualify for a return, you may select another product of equal value from our online store.

• We advise our customers to carefully review product details before making a purchase, especially in the case of discounted or clearance items.

• Exchange requests based on personal preference (such as color, style, or appearance) will not be entertained.

This warranty applies to any manufacturing faults or performance issues, provided they’re not caused by:

• Water exposure (unless specified as water-resistant)

• Wear and tear from regular use
